Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘feeling left out’ as King Charles makes huge decision

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be finding it difficult after being “left out” of King Charles’s future plans for the monarchy.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly “feeling left out” as King Charles makes a huge decision on the future of the monarchy.

While he is taking time away from public duty, King Charles’s recent cancer diagnosis is said to have led to plans for the line of succession planning. A source has told Heat Magazine that Meghan and Harry are finding it “hard” to hear the monarch is making these plans without consulting them first. However, they added that the pair are “not going to kick up a fuss”.

Royal author Tom Quinn has also spoken to the Mirror about the fact that the plans appear to centre about Harry’s brother, the Prince of Wales.

Speaking to the publication, Mr Quinn said: “Charles is also aware that, as future King, William is at the heart of the succession planning that is taking place right now – officials had assumed Charles would remain healthy at least into his mid-eighties before succession planning would need to begin but in fact it has now begun and indicates perhaps that Charles’ cancer is more dangerous than we have been led to believe.”

He also added that Harry seemingly hasn’t been involved due to the lack of “trust” for him.

Mr Quinn added: “Harry is definitely not being included in succession talks because he is no longer a working or even a trusted royal – he has got his wish and is no longer the spare, or at least he is only nominally the spare.
