Patrick Mahomes will return to Las Vegas, the home of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win, for the Vegas Golf Classic. Mahomes’s 15 and the Mahomies Foundation will present the three-day charity event from the Shadow Creek golf course and will be the fourth annual Golf Classic event.

In an Instagram story, the superstar QB announced the “15 and the Mahomies Vegas Golf Classic’ – blending athletic competition with charitable endeavors. “Enter for a chance to play…and join me in Vegas,” Mahomes invited fans to support his cause. The event is scheduled to be held from April 27-29 and is presented by Coors Light. Located in the desert of North Las Vegas, the Shadow Creek golf course is designed by Tom Fazio. The course is a par 72 and is 7,560 yards long.

Last year, the event was held in Hawaii under the banner of Aloha Golf Classic, with Mahomes taking part in a hole-in-one challenge to try and raise funds for his foundation. Streaming platform Whatnot pledged $1 million to his charity if he completed the challenge in 25 shots.

Mahomes’ Foundation, established in 2019, has already distributed over $4 million earlier this year, earning recognition as one of Kansas City’s largest charitable trusts. The foundation’s impact is wide-ranging – from youth literacy programs to partnering with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. It has provided scholarships, supported HBCUs, and even transformed Arrowhead Stadium into a massive polling center in 2020.

Amidst these noble pursuits, Mahomes also teamed up with Travis Kelce, to announce a new partnership that will take their friendship beyond NFL.

While Patrick Mahomes preps for his Vegas charity golf event, he and teammate Travis Kelce have partnered with Las Vegas hospitality group Noble 33 to open an upscale steakhouse named “1587 Prime” after their jersey numbers. Set to debut in early 2025 inside the Loews Kansas City hotel, the 10,000-square-foot venue promises an unparalleled culinary experience.

“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities so it only made sense to bring something special to our community in Kansas City,” Mahomes stated as reported by The Kansas City Star. The modern American steakhouse will feature a showpiece meat display and house one of the state’s largest wine collections. While specific menu details are still under wraps, Noble 33 favorites may make an appearance.
