Exclusive : Donna Kelce shares the secret behind her family’s close bond amidst the competitive relationship between her sons Travis and Jason.
Donna Kelce, the mother of NFL stars Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, has opened up about what keeps their family close despite the rivalry between her two sons.
“We’re very, very small. We’re tight-knit,” Donna shared with People in an interview published Tuesday. “We stay together and try to help each other as much as we can.”
Travis is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, and Jason is a center for the Philadelphia Eagles, and Donna noted that the brothers have been competitive their entire lives about everything from “dodgeball and golf” to “who could get to the table first” and “who can sit in front of the car.”
Their rivalry “never ended” for the two, and they’re “still just as competitive as adults today.” Donna added, “I know they’re always jabbing at each other to mention who’s the best. It doesn’t stop!”
Despite all that, “I think they’re each other’s biggest fan,” said Donna.
